Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For all the purchases of Labubu Blind Box items, as defined by Pop Mart return and refund policy, blind box items of all types are not refundable or refundable. If you have any concerns over that, please do not order Labubu Blind Box. Furthermore, the Labubu we sell are all replicas and we explicitly mention in our product descriptions that we do not sell official Labubu products by Pop Mart, we sell Labubu replica products. If you need official Labubu items, please visit Pop Mart official website as we are neither affiliated or associated with Pop Mart in any way whatsoever, nor we claim to. In fact, we clearly maintain that we sell replica items of Labubu

If the original packaging has been damaged or not available in any way, we won't be able to entertain with returns or refunds

As part of the return and refund policy, the customer has to send the product back to the provided return address under the above-mentioned conditions. The return shipping fee is responsibility of the customer and they must be liable and pay for the shipping cost

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damaged or Not as Described items return/refund policy

We are more than welcome to return and refund any damaged goods when received. In that case, please send the pictures of goods received as soon as possible after receiving the items.

In case of Not as Described goods or items, we are willing to return and refund the goods or items if they are significantly different that those shown in the product description and photos. Generally, this does not happen but if it does, we can accommodate the customer. However, if there is only slight difference of color which is attributed to the display or camera that took the photos, we may not accept return of goods or items and we may not refund the of the products received are not visibly different than those shown and described in images

If the product is completely different from what was ordered, we will return and refund the customer with No Questions Asked policy. But if the products are similar to a major extent, 70% or more, or are exactly identical, the products cannot be returned and refunded

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
